Still no weight loss, but no weight gain either so it is ok with me.. my energy levels are starting to return as I am taking my thyroid medicine regularly now and have been for a week.. the doctor said it takes about 6 weeks to get back on track... I am avoiding wheat mostly and white sugar, I had a sandwich one day last week and had a little pasta. I will also be giving up rice except for once a week. Doctor said it also isn't the best food for a person with a thyroid problem... Oh I have given up all of the foods on my list of vegetables.. no problem with those I just do not have them in the house.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
