Body fat went down yet weight went up almost 4 pounds. Muscle is leaner than fat and muscle also weighs more than fat. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :P

I start Chalean Extreme today. I'm really excited and I can't wait to see results particularly in muscle definition.

My starting measurements:

Waist: 25.5
Hips: 36.5
Abductors: 36.75
Chest: 34.5
Right Arm: 11
Left Arm: 11
Right Thigh: 20
Left Thigh: 20.5
Weight: 143.7
Body Fat Percentage: 24.0
143.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
