when do you start the P90x ? I can tell you that it's worth every penny. It's insane and you will hate him but it's worth it. When I did it I did it for back and neck strengthening purposes and it worked wonders. I did however throw the remote at the tv once or twice, just for good measure

LOL! I can see wanting to throw the remote at the tv. I decided on getting Chalean Extreme and I am starting the program on Monday. I have done a couple work outs to try things out and I can tell already it's going to be a challenge and if it's not.. well I add more weight. Hopefully it will help with my metabolism.
