Down is down. Bought groceries that will fit in with the food goals for the week. Looking forward actually to the broccoli/cheese sauce (frozen) for a quick dinner one night. They were good. Also bought extra eggs and some bone in chicken (thinking baked one night and then chicken salad). Found low carb wraps buy 1 get one so looking at a stir fry wrap and mexican pizza. Still have green peppers and philly cheese steaks so maybe a philly cheese steak stuffed pepper. Lots of options as long as I actually cook them. Egg salad sounds good right now too but they're so expensive I hate to "waste" them that way.

PT was good yesterday, she upped my weights/resistance and I can definitely feel it. Probably going to do heat this afternoon to loosen it up again. She's pleased with my progress. Only one more shoulder to go lol. Next surgery looking at end of summer so I can be functional and comfortable for the holidays (plus I met my deductible for the year and almost there with the out of pocket so it'd be dumb not to do it this year...).
214.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
