Ok, so coffee and the right amount of water do indeed seem to accelerate weight loss. Will make sure to get at least 4 cups of coffee in a day but spread them out over the day.
251.8 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
