Day 10 of SDL's BLC and I'm pissed today, the scale went up .6, I would much rather see nothing happen than that. I think that by not drinking the full 8 glasses of water and spiking my diet last night by eating beans, rice, and pork carnitas that I completely threw my body for a loop, dammit. The first official weigh-in is tomorrow and I'll just have to make today my last chance workout and write the damn poem too for the extra 1 pound advantage!

Steps: 7,112
153.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

SDL is Single Dad Laughing, a popular blog, you can find it by doing a google search, he's got some awesome views on people and life. He created a Biggest Loser Competition (BLC). The buy in was $70 and the grand prize is $500 so I'm determined to win this!
