Wow - just a week off the full exercise routine and 2 weeks off Pilates due to Christmas, and after two days back to it I can't find a muscle that doesn't ache! Doesn't take long to lost that fitness level...at least it gives me a reminder to keep at it now I'm getting back to routine.
123.7 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
