Katsolo's Journal, 19 March 2023

Changed the number first thing this time and my laptop is trying to do an update so will type super fast. Dragged BF onto a walk into the canyon with the two big dogs. I like someone to know where I go on my wanderings.

Solid swim yesterday, right shoulder is carrying a little pain this morning in the front so we'll need to figure that out. definitely means I was unbalanced and will need to be more mindful keeping strokes even. First thing, average heart rate was on cruise at 122 almost the entire swim, 9.9 METs, not working hard enough, 893 strokes which is close to my PR but not quite. I'll probably turn up the current a notch next weekend.

That was followed by our neighborhood Walkabout and it was a good one. Limited myself to two beers this time and I ate an actual meal beforehand. Feel much better this time than the last one where I was trying to keep up with my friends. Can't do that anymore. Not worth the recovery time. Came across a really great Oasis cover band and ended up hanging out for their entire set.

Blob is down a little more. Water is up because I made sure to drink a lot before I went to bed and everything else will do what it does.

You know Katesolo I watch a lot of ID. If your boyfriend is unavailable, wear an AirTag! Oh my gosh, they’re so cheap and no monthly payments - so easy!!!!!!! If nothing else you can put them on your dogs in case they get lost. It sounds like you had a wonderful time!👍 I truly miss the days I could drink and not have any side effects. Now drinks are absolutely sleeping pills to me.😕 Have a Wonderful Sunday, it rained here today!😠 When will this be over??? I feel like I live in Seattle!😄

Air tags only work if there are other devices nearby. I do have an Apple Watch ultra with fancy location stuff built in and I generally let someone know when we go. Humans are always the biggest threat as you undoubtedly know. Are you a Luther fan? The new film on Netflix was quite good. I have a hard time sitting through movies and I watched the whole thing in one sitting.

I only have an iPhone. Maybe that’s why it works on that. I just know I was paying for a service and now it’s free and no recharging every two weeks!👏👏👏 Luther? Didn’t know about it, now I’m definitely gonna watch it, thanks!!!👍

Right? I feel like I'm back in the winters of Portland. I guess I'm still glad that it's raining and that the reservoirs are being replenished. Watch the series first, then the movie.
