Darn, no movement today - but I guess staying the same is better than gaining! I worked hard all day moving stuff, building furniture, and cleaning, so I definitely worked up a sweat! My calories were low, so hopefully the scale will go down tomorrow! :)
188.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
