74 days until memorial day..
meaning pool parties start. going to shoot for 1800 calories and exercise daily. maybe could get closer to 200 or even under if I work really hard. tips appreciated. can't seem to get back on track.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

easier said than done, but cut out all refined sugar and processed food. eat low-carb fruit and veg, grass-fed meat and dairy. get plenty of fermented foods. no snacking. and 30 min of exercise daily. calorie restriction and intermittent fasting will jump-start your efforts. - and love your body every step of the way 🥰

Heidi -- a strong focus on food quality and focus on health have been what's helped me. Lots of plant foods, tons of fiber. The more I learn about nutrition and health, the more I want to eat well
