I am beyond elated! Normally I weigh every day. At the beginning of the week I was doing that, but I wanted to be "surprised." I am! Am doing the 21 Day No Junk Food. It is the best thing I've done in trying to lose weight. This week I vow to record my food better. I did well in the beginning and I seemed to always get breakfast recorded. Seeing everything should give me new insights ... beyond what I already knew ... junk food will sabotage any weight loss.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
