Went to a going away dinner for dh's sister and husband who are moving away. Had salad with dressing on the side, small steak, vegetables ... and NO bread! Bread was much easier to resist this time ... yea. Tomorrow will be my first official weigh in. Can't wait.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
