This week has gone well. Yesterday we celebrated our grandson's 3rd birthday. Today we celebrated my sister's 80th birthday with a seafood brunch. I made it to the gym 3 times this week and ate under my calorie goal every day. This entry is for the week of March 5 thru March 11 My body fat average for the week is 19.6%
153.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
