Its that time of the month started yesterday and bloated and started working out with the kettle bell on Wednesday I feel yucky but hopefully I will loose that weight plus more next week:(
234.0 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I definitely feel ya! I can fluctuate a good 3-5 pounds during the first couple of days of mine and just feel so blah! But, for me, I just need to be patient until my next weekly weigh in.:)
