So rest is very important...one that I found does have its effects when one doesn't get as much as one should, especially when one pushs oneself beyond what one would normally be able to do. This = weight increase. It's only a touch, so next week I will get it going in the direction I want it to go.

Outside of that - I got a super deal on full sheet set last night! $3.74!

YEAH!!!!! FINALLY FINISHED WEEK 6 OF DIPS! NEXT WEEK I START OVER, AND ADD THE BICEP CURLS! YIPPEE! TODAY IT TOOK ME NEARLY 40 MINUTES (I TOOK LOTS OF BREAKS!) - AS AT WATER AEROBICS LAST NIGHT WE DID LOTS OF LAPS!
