New year, new beginnings. Signed up for a gym membership and personal trainer. I realized that I need the extra help and accountability. This is the year to focus on healthy eating habits and getting into a workout routine. Rather than focus on weightloss, my goal is to get healthy habits established. When I put in the time and effort, the results will follow. 1st session today was a success. I'm going to take this one step at a time.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 4.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
