Day 7 of SDL's BLC and I'm down almost 3 pounds, sweet! Looks like last night's indulgence in frozen yogurt hasn't had a negative impact yet :)

153.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
