I’m ready for onederland! I’ve lost about 40lbs so far and clothes aside, I can feel it when I walk, play with my kids, etc. I also have a newfound confidence. I know it’s partly in play because of my weight loss, but I think it is also because of the headspace I am in. I’m excited to continue this journey and eventually reach my end goal.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
