283 because f Christmas that's why - still it's only 10lbs away from my low weight and at least some of it must be water/beer weight. Let's see how it is next Monday with 6 days of clean living behind me. Goal 278lbs
283.0 lb Lost so far: 98.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
