Two weeks five pounds. I will sweat whatever is not lost through diet. I already booked the sauna and will soak in hot water prior to it.

I need some kind of accountability, ready to give a try to journaling again and see if it helps.

I just had this obsession with croissants. I've been eating 6 a day in the last 3 days. Using the excuse of hard training of course. Brown rice would work just as well for a post workout carb! I'm starting a withdrawal from sugar too, not that I have a huge problem with it but I've too many chocolates during the holidays and it's easy to fall into bad habits.

January is a busy month with competitions so it should be easier to stick to the (meal)plan and stay focused.

130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel, I did well, but the sweets were constantly calling my name and I did give in some. :(

tough to resist croissants, for sure - but 6x a day for 3 days?! Wow ... and yummy. That would wreck me. I am glad to see you back. Sounds like you are into more hard core work with fighting/boxing - that is awesome. Journaling works, for sure. Just being on the site and getting encouragement works. I will be rooting for you!

Croissants are tasty but little nutrition. a more complex carb would be better for you.
