Amazed to have lost weight given my birthday blow-out, but thrilled nonetheless :) Still find myself hungry a lot of the time but have found that a small snack can be all that I need to "shut my stomach up"!

Just some thing I found that works for me in the same situation, is I keep a container of baby carrots and grape tomatoes handy. They are real low on calories and help get me to the next meal. The grape tomatoes really help me with sweet tooth cravings.
