*FINALLY* got home after a month of house sitting, no access to fresh food (so tinned/frozen/pre-made rubbish) or the internet. I'm amazed and somehow excited to only have put on 3 lbs since my last weigh in. I've just ordered £50 of fresh fruit and veg so that I can detox my system, let alone lose weight. I've also grabbed some books on raw/living foodism, which I'm going to try for the next week or so and see if it makes any difference. I'll keep you all posted!

Not had access to the site to calculate foods and been staying at my parents' house so no real access to healthy food (only trying to control portions) - still lost a pound so can't complain too much, but that's not too great a loss for a fortnight :(

Amazed to have lost weight given my birthday blow-out, but thrilled nonetheless :) Still find myself hungry a lot of the time but have found that a small snack can be all that I need to "shut my stomach up"!

Today is my birthday! So I'm going to be a bad dieter and a worse vegetarian and go and have some sushi for lunch. Hurrah! In fact I don't anticipate the sushi being too wicked, relatively, but all that rice adds up fast. Still, at least it's all low fat, even if not low calorie.
