Well, I'm of course not happy that I gained weight. One pound isn't bad considering all the snacking I've done over the holidays. I've gotten this far so I'm not going to let it get to me. Time to get back on track. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

1lb isn't horrible. The holidays are now over and we all can re-focus.

OK...two very positive things from this weigh in... #1. you went ahead and weighed in EVEN tho you knew you had not been on your eating plan #2...this was best possible outcome (least gain) since you were not going to break even...Im certain you will learn from this past couple of weeks and move forward...I also affirm the wisdom in Ketowoman's post :) Onward to success !!!!!!

It's a lot to ask of yourself over the holidays. Of all of us. It's a time to relax and have fun. You only gained 1 lb! That's just water weight. Onwards and upwards, so to speak.
