Yesterday was very productive. Got a small raise at work with a promise of review in 6 months for potentially another raise. Exercise is back on track. Caloric restriction is holding. Fresh veg today. Think it is possible when I had all that spinach a while back I may have given myself a phytobezoar. I'm ok with this, but I will talk to my doctor at my next scheduled appt. Either that or the exercise is keeping my appetite suppressed, although the TRT may be playing a part as well. Here is to another productive day. My spirits are in good condition.
270.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
