Didn't eat that well this week. Made an amazing batch of pulled pork on Sunday and ate it a few days in a row... Also had lunch meeting on Monday where pizza was provided. By mid week water weight had me up to 208-9... And I'm still working my way back to normal.
205.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
