Oh what a glorious day!!!!!! After a long journey, today I have officially dropped 100.2 pounds!!!!!

I am less than 5 pounds from my initial weight goal of 200 pounds. I feel great about the way I feel, both physically and emotionally. I can look at myself in the mirror and be proud of what I have accomplished, as well as what I have done to promote a healthier lifestyle overall. I do want to loose about another 15 to 20 pounds, as well as continue to build more strength.

I cannot express enough as to how important all of the great support and positive encouragement that all of you have given me. For that, I am truly thankful. Much of my inspiration came from the experiences that you have shared. Thank you!!!

Those that are struggling, don’t give up. Keep going and stay the course!

204.6 lb Lost so far: 100.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
