Currently not understanding this fluctuation in weight.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you are on plan, than most fluctuations are water caused by many factors including: sodium, sore muscles from exercise, stress, lack of sleep, medications, sickness, etc. Stay hydrated and see what happens.
