The name is Shawn. I thought it was time to update my BIO. Well, I was about to turn 40 when I joined, now its been almost two years. Last year was a bad year, I had several injuries on that required surgery and didn't allow for me to work-out for 9 months. I initally gained most of the weight I took off. Fortunately, I'm back and I have shedded the gained weight. I am now under 200 lbs for the first time in over a decade (albeit 199 at 6ft tall). My goal is to stop focusing on the amount of weight I loose, rather trim my body fat and concentrate on my overall body shape. I am lucky that both my wife and I have made a new commitment to a healthier lifestlye (although she is more dedicated than me). We are enjoying taking kick-boxing classes and I have started to do some home exercises. I am afraid to get back in the gym with weights, due to the severe shoulder injury I had last year. On a good note, my last physical was excellent.
