BRRRRR, It got cold outside again.
With a close to week one, I have made notice of things which will be important to my journey.
Top three things I want to start working on in week two: 1. Add more fiber to my diet. 2. Try to get into more of a routine for eating. 3. Work on my sleep.
Cant wait for spring to get Karma on the trail again.

I didn't used to get in hardly ANY fiber until someone posted on here about how much we need each day. Now, I get at least 20g every day. Remember to drink lots of water when you increase your fiber, so you don't get constipated.
