I am happy to see a pound gone! And I just realized I have been a part of fat secret for 10 years! Wow!

172.0 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb. Still to go: 14.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I've had this app for 7 years but I've been apart of Fat Secret for about 17 years. I don't even know if they still have the PC version
