Must have been water weight from day before - So far doing good. I do less calories but everytime I lower carbs the weight comes off.
303.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great loss! I'm attempting to avoid adding sugar to my food so carbs should come down. Not counting today since I put sugar in my coffee!

I was amazed when I started tracking that I was doing nearly 200 grams of carbs a day. Yuck. Dropped it down to 100 now, I shoot for under 60 on most days. I can reall, really see the difference. Although, at first your body reacts in a negative way to any shift in your typical ratio of protein, carbs and fats. Just got to try to humker through it, Iguess
