Better and better. I'm not a golfer, so the concept of going for lower and lower numbers is still a little strange to me. I have left the 170s behind, and am perilously close to doing the same for the 160s. I believe this is about the weight I was for my wedding, so I intend to try my dress on soon.

I am amazed to think how long I have been so heavy, compared to how relatively easy this has all been. I am still eating real food, and I am not doing intensive workouts 3-5 times/week. I mean, I do sometimes resent the treats and the second helpings I have to pass up, or having to be fairly religious about doing regular exercise. But in many ways, the sacrifices I have made are much less than the pain I have felt having to try on larger-size clothes, being so out of shape that I can't enjoy physical activities, wincing when I happen to catch sight of myself when passing a mirror. I feel like a stronger person for having worked so hard on this, and I feel that a whole world has opened up for me in terms of what I can do for myself. I feel empowered to be whatever weight I choose to be, and to be able to re-lose weight if I should happen to gain during a bad week or, say, during the holiday party season. I love my weight history graph, and I feel really invested in keeping that beautiful line.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
