Its been a slow decline lately, but I'm losing! And I'm THANKFUL! Thankful for every pound lost! Thankful for good health that continues to improve! Most of all, THANKFUL to my God, who gives me the grace, the strength, the wisdom, and the ability! And THANKFUL for all of you .. my very great support system! HAPPY WEDNESDAY ALL!
180.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
