Dukan Day 23

I had to post 143.9 because it's 143 and not 144!

Trying to have a pure protein day today and see where that gets me. Am having some tummy issues. SU had "food poisoning" last week but now wondering if it's a bug...

Walked to work this morning. Have to get exercise up to promote muscles so I can burn the last 15 pounds...I am getting very close to my Achiles heel-the last 10 pounds NEVER seem to come off and then I give up. I am not going to settle for half measures this time!
143.9 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

NICE!! Hope you aren't catching the bug... as for the last 10 pounds don't consider them so. Remember Moose always saying we are never 'done'? This journey is never ending. Never consider being done at a goal weight and be able to eat like before. Of course I don't want to be under 100 lbs but sometimes its easier to keep trying to lose then to 'feel' free/done. lol its my secret to maintaining!
