Dukan Day 23
I had to post 143.9 because it's 143 and not 144!
Trying to have a pure protein day today and see where that gets me. Am having some tummy issues. SU had "food poisoning" last week but now wondering if it's a bug...
Walked to work this morning. Have to get exercise up to promote muscles so I can burn the last 15 pounds...I am getting very close to my Achiles heel-the last 10 pounds NEVER seem to come off and then I give up. I am not going to settle for half measures this time!
