Have been sticking to meals within calorie limits and only using Slim Fast shakes when I don't have time to make another meal or can't be bothered. Generally sticking to 1500 calories or less. A decent start but a long way to go, and I do find myself hungry a lot of the time.

I have the same problem,sometimes counting the minutes until its time for the snack bar, meal bar, meal or what ever was next. I have found keeping baby carrots and grape tomatoes handy all the time. they are very low in calories I eat the the grape tomatoes when I'm having a sweets craving and the carrots to make me feel something in my stomach
