137.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.8 lb a week

Last night I did not eat dinner but a great lunch my fav crab cake which is not favorable for a dieter. I was just tired this week and went to sleep and did not wake up this morning. I weigh myself and had actually lost weight but it may be from laying down for such a long time.
