well down from 256 to 236 - 20 lbs - started after a couple of weeks after New Years had a set back at Easter but stated again May 23rd with Atkins - just found this site the other day (heard about it from the Atkins site)

Atkins is just doing the job better than low fat and it's so much easier to stay on so Atkins it is. :)
236.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 June 2011:
1385 kcal Fat: 92.43g | Prot: 106.29g | Carb: 42.70g.   Breakfast: tuna hickory smoked. Lunch: sugar fee jello, bacon ranch dressing , broccoli. Dinner: ranch dressing, avocados, flat out Flatbread light original, Cheddar Cheese, baked chicken. Snacks/Other: cheddar cheese, cream whip, sugar free jello. more...
losing 3.5 lb a week

Low fat with exercise never made me lose, not even one pound. Atkins is awesome!
