It's hump day. Didn't lose as much as I wanted by now. Friday night I have a dinner to go to. I am going to try to add on some extra excercise Friday and Saturday to burn off the extra calories. I gained 1.0 in muscle the last 24 hours. Usually it has been .1 a day. It's nice to take a huge leap like that. Gotta love it!
130.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
