I screw up with my diet all the time, but make up for it with an hour on the stairclimber!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

Great job. It's a combination of diet and exercise so if you're burning off extra calories all is well.

thanks for the comments. It seems like a huge weight drop, but i dont use this site very often, and dont check my weight often.. so when i do I jot it down.. unless I gain weight
