I think at the end of this week I will gain back my weight coz of this pms craving!! I ate sushi! stir fried veggiessss....haha. Ok back to work!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you constantly tired or hungry before getting your period? You might need magnesium.
