The ups..the downs..they all need to show the progress…good or bad…I use to only show the good numbers…but I was only fooling myself…weight doesn’t always drop..your body is to smart…it has to equal out..when it drops…so…why not be honest with yourself and show it all..the good numbers..the bad numbers…that’s all it is….a number…
289.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I consider it all just data to review and evaluate to see if you want to make any course corrections. It certainly hasn't been a straight shot journey for me. You'll get there 👍

I agree. If we want our journals to be accurate we need to show ups & downs....all the food we eat. I just looked back to see what weight I was at my last doctor's appt. I like to do comparisons.
