This is my first post. Well actually, my second because I didn’t have the settings correct. After reading everyone’s stories, I was inspired to make an entry. I went for my annual exam at the doctor and weighed 304.8 lbs. on August 10. I decided it was time to do something. I initially watched what I was eating and did the best figuring calories. I started using FS about a week later, with the aid of a food scale. It is amazing seeing what I was eating and what I should be eating.

As of this morning, I weighed in at 269.8 lbs. I can’t remember the last time I was as under 270 lbs!!!! I have and ultimate goal of 180 lbs. I know it will be a long hard journey.

269.8 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
