It remains lovely weather, great for walking, sometimes twice a day since knee is so good. I am so happy to see 167! I wear my bathing suits in the pool at the Y and don't even fletch. I never in a million years thought I would say anything remotely close to that. Yes, still have 40 pounds or so to go...a little flabby...but not intimidated like I have been for the last 45 years. I am so very blessed...I think I want to Zumba......
