AM workout today :(

After starting to workout in the evenings, I can't believe I used to do this every day. Speed and Agiligty today, trying to break all my previous records for all the reps.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
