Don't worry about the day-to-day, there's just too much fluctuation. Are you using a weight tracking app like Libra? It will give you a moving average that will smooth out some of the day to day noise.

a normal weight fluctuation is anywhere from 3-5lbs, and largely depends activity of gut microbes, and water. There is no way to account for how active, or inactive microbes are, and even if you're hydrated, no way to account for additional water storage, just stick to your plan, and don't worry about the day-to-day numbers. Weight loss is not a linear process, you won't be able to draw a straight line from A-Z and expect to follow that track exactly. There are weeks when you'll lose a lot, and recomp weeks when you may gain a pound or two. Overall the trend will continue down.

Easy to say, but try not to worry. This happened to me, almost overnight I put on a couple of pounds despite being quite good. At that time I was stressed and not sleeping, think the hormone cortisol kicked in and caused my gain. Try and get a few early nights in, it can't hurt.
