Oh, c'mon. This is obviously combined effort of my body and my scale. If there aren't results next week I'm gonna flip. This is what? Four weeks in a row of stuck at 131? I get that we all plateau and stuff, but four weeks is kinda ridiculous.

Not demotivated at all...just like, "What, WHY!?"
131.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
