Yesterday was a letter day for me. I decided to get back on Fat Secret and login daily. I made a meal planner calendar and mapped out everything I was going to eat. I also put together a shopping list of the items that I didn't have for the two weeks.

I ate well all day and was in the middle of preparing Three Amigos chili when my husband asked me to go to the hardware store with him. No biggie. I set the chili aside and off we went. Came back to finish the chili and discovered my husband had turned off the water to fix outside sprinklers and replace pipes and the guest bathroom. I waited for a while, gave up, put the fixins in the fridge, and ate cookies.

I finished the chili this morning and I'm eating some now. Then I'm off to the market.

The chili is really good, especially considering it's made with ground turkey. It's on page 112 in the Abs Diet eat right guide. My two week meal plan is also using recipes from the book. Members let me know if any of you want the completed meal plan. It's just the Excel Template, buy why should all of us have complete it.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
