I've done reasonably well on my diet this week, and really well on exercising. In fact, i'm really impressed with my walking/jogging.

When i first started out it took me 35 minutes to walk a mile. I couldn't jog at all. When i worked up to jogging in spurts, i could push myself to do 40 paces a couple of times during the mile. Now i can do 180 paces 4 times in a mile. That's not much to some people, but to me that AmAzInG!!! And my hips havent been hurting this time either - bonus!

On a side note, my boss handed me some money Thursday before leaving and told me to stick it my pocket. Later, when I got off work, i counted and it was $190!!! That's not as much as it would have been, but its a whole lot more than i thought i was gonna get. I'm really appreciative.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

See we knew you were the biggest loser of weight that is. You go girl. Stick with it, don;t brag about the $ and hold your head high. Cool! Glad you are settling in to exercising. Take care.

I haven't told anyone at work about the money, and I'm still so excited! And then someone gave me some nice dress clothes in my new size. Many Blessings! And yes, the exercise is easier to do when you're in a habit of it. Hope you're doing well, you look great! Have a good week. Karen
