Yesterday I binged on ricotta. I eat it like ice cream, and the scale shows it today. I'm terrible at my diet on the weekends, but this week should be better. My sinus infection is gone and I think my tooth infection is in its final stages.

Today I got to the gym late, but did 35 minutes on the ellipitcal and swam 750 meters. It was a good first day back.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
