I stopped for a while as can be seen in my calendar. I started back up and added tread mill. I was up to 225. after three days on treadmill and keeping track of calories I am down to 219
219.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
